IDLI RAVA
- Idli rava is also known as Cream of rice or Rice rava or Rice sooji.
- It is basically coarsely ground parboiled rice.
- It is specially used to make south indian dishes like Idli, Dosa, etc.
- Because rice flour contains no gluten, it makes a great gluten free breakfast or brunch.
- Semolina and Idli Rava are different, as Semolina is made of durum wheat whereas Idli Rava is made of rice.
